Vintage Goebel M.I. Hummel "Mother’s Helper" Figurine. It measures 4 1/2" tall. The figurine is signed W. Germany on the bottom along with the Stylized Bee TMK-3, used from 1960-1972, and the number 133. It is also incised M.I. Hummel on the back of the base.
