Vintage Goebel M.I. Hummel "Festival Harmony" Figurine. It measures 8” tall. The figurine is TMK-4 used from 1964-1972, and shows the number 172/0. It is also incised M.I. Hummel on the back of the base.
There does appear to be paint missing from part of birds wings. It is smooth and does not appear to be a chip.
